Technology developments needed for future X-ray astronomy missions

► We present the type of X-ray astronomy mission required to make next step into understanding cosmology of “hot” Universe. ► We discuss the type of instrumentation required for such a mission and describe its present development status. ► We argue that international coöperation on a worldscale is required for the future of astronomy from space.
