► Biochemical characterization of poly(ADP-ribosyl)ation by PARP activity, PARP expression, identification of ADPR protein acceptors and isolation of PARP reaction products. ► Analysis of PARG expression by anti-PARG antibodies, degradation of poly(ADP-ribose) by PARG assay and identification of its digested products. ► Determination of PSII photochemical activity in function of different temperatures.
