Rosiglitazone inhibits endothelial proliferation and angiogenesis

Our data suggest that both anti-proliferative and anti-angiogenic activities in endothelial cells might account for the greater than expected beneficial effects of rosiglitazone for the treatment and prevention of atherosclerosis.
