Sulfaphenazole treatment restores endothelium-dependent vasodilation in diabetic mice

Based on our findings, we speculate that inhibition of free radical generating CYP 450 monooxygenase enzymes restores endothelium-dependent vasodilation to acetylcholine. In addition, it reduces oxidative stress and increases NO bioavailability.
