Kampo bei Stress (Schlafstörungen - Angst - Depression)

The Japanese Kampo-Phytotherapy aims to regulate the dysbalanced organism of stressed patients with psychosomatic diseases through the application of traditional herbal prescriptions in order to restore the homeostatic balance. Stress-induced psychosomatic disorders in particular pose an indication for therapies with Kampo-prescriptions. This report introduces the specific implementation criteria of Kampo-prescriptions for stress-induced dysfunctions like sleeping disorders, anxiety and panic as well as burnout conditions.
