Ein auffällig konstantes Zusammentreffen von typischen Handbeschwerden mit bestimmten Weichteilveränderungen am Schultergürtel stellt die Grundlage für eine Ausgliederung eines neuen klinischen Syndroms, des Schulterblatt-Hand-Syndroms (SHS), dar. Einer adäquaten Differenzialdiagnostik zu symptomatologisch ähnlichen, allerdings pathomorphologisch anders strukturierten Syndromen, vor allem dem Karpaltunnelsyndrom (KTS), kommt aus mehreren Gesichtspunkten eine wichtige Bedeutung zu.ZielEtablierung eines neuen klinischen Syndrom: das Schulterblatt-Hand-Syndrom (SHS).MethodenAnalyse von ca. 150 Krankheitsbildern über einen Zeitraum von fünf Jahren. Dieses Syndrom kann man schnell und mit großer Effizienz durch Anwendung von therapeutischer Lokalanästhesie sowie Akupunktur und medikamentöser Therapie dauerhaft beheben.
