Integration von Yamamoto Neuer Schädelakupunktur (YNSA) in die Notfallmedizin – Falldarstellung zur Analgesie mittels YNSA

ZusammenfassungSeit zweitausend Jahren wird Akupunktur im asiatischen Kulturraum sowohl in der Prophylaxe als auch in der Therapie verschiedener Erkrankungen angewendet. Akupunktur wird auch erfolgreich in Krisengebieten im Sinne von Notfallmedizin angewendet. Seit zehn Jahren führe ich Akupunkturbehandlungen in der ambulanten Notfallversorgung durch. Zur Anwendung kommen Nadelakupunktur, Ohrakupunktur und Yamamoto Neue Schädelakupunktur (YNSA) sowie andere Verfahren wie Neuraltherapie oder Injektopunktur. Die häufigsten Indikationen: Asthma, akuter Harnverhalt, akuter apoplektischer Insult, Schock, Bewusstlosigkeit, allergische Reaktionen, psychiatrische Erkrankungen wie Unruhezustände und Ängste, akute Schmerzen und Epilepsie.SchlussfolgerungAufgrund der guten Wirksamkeit von YNSA und Akupunktur, insbesondere wegen des raschen Wirkeintrittes, könnten beide Verfahren supportiv sowohl im kassenärztlichen Notdienst als auch im Notarztdienst eingesetzt werden. Umfangreiche Studien zum Einsatz von Akupunktur in der Notfallmedizin sind nötig und befinden sich in Vorbereitung.

SummaryIn Asian cultures, acupuncture has been applied for two thousand years both for preventive purposes as well as therapy for a very wide range of illnesses. Acupuncture has also been successfully applied in a number of crisis regions, e.g. for PTSD, and in emergency medicine.For the last ten years I encorporated various types of acupuncture in emergency medicine, i.e. needle acupuncture, ear acupuncture and Yamamoto New Scalp Acupuncture (YNSA), as well as other procedures such as neural therapy and injectopuncture. Acupuncture was applied for indications such as asthma, acute urine retention, acute apoplectic insult, shock, loss of consciousness, allergic reactions, psychiatric conditions such as restlessness and anxiety, as well as acute pain and epilepsy.ConclusionsDue to the good efficacy of YNSA and acupuncture, especially since the treatment takes effect very rapidly, both procedures could be applied as supportive measures both in emergency medicine as well as by the emergency services. There is a need for extensive studies on the application of acupuncture in emergency medicine and preliminary work is already in progress.
