Breast cancer follow-up is now clearly defined with semestrial clinical examination and annual mammography for breast conservative treatment. In a lot of cases, patients are consulting for clinical signs during follow-up and the radiologist needs to know how to proceed. Breast recurrence needs to be always in mind but luckily in most of cases, benign post-therapeutic change will be found.
