Left cardiac sympathetic denervation is proposed as a viable therapeutic option to solve such a delicate case history.

▸ In this study we propose an innovative treatment strategy in patients with cathecolaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia. ▸ These patients often suffer from inappropriate ICD shocks. ▸ Left cardiac symphatethic denervation could represent a solution in patients in whom arrhythmic episodes are refractory to betablockers or antiarrhythmic drugs.
