Suicidal Thinking and Behavior During Treatment With Sertraline in Late-Life Depression

Sertraline was associated with significantly lower HAMD Item 3 scores than placebo during treatment. There was no evidence of greater emergent suicidal thinking or behavior with sertraline than placebo.
