Total recovery from Parkinson syndrome after surgical removal of a meningioma: A clinical case

• A case of parkinsonism due to cerebral meningioma.
• It has never been reported previously with a bilateral and complete onset.
• Tumor compression of both caudate nuclei may explain symptoms.
• Surgical removal of tumor resulted in gradual and complete resolution of symptoms.
• These facts have relevant prognostic and scientific implications.
