Somnolence résiduelle sous PPC

Residual excessive sleepiness in continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) is a common problem, encountered in medical practice. Often another sleep disorder is associated with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS), but is undiagnosed or too late. This case reports the importance of a full interview for the management of OSAHS in search of an associated sleep disorder responsible for daytime sleepiness. We offer a conduct for residual sleepiness with CPAP.
