Place des différents enregistrements au cours du sommeil : résumé du rapport d'évaluation de l'HAS

In May 2012, the Haute Autorité de santé (French National Authority for Health) released an evaluation report entitled “Practice guidelines for polysomnography and respiratory polygraphy in sleep disorders” on its website (www.has-sante.fr). After defining polysomnography and polygraphy, the report provides guidelines for indication and non-indication of these tests in adults and children with sleep disorders. Furthermore, the report specifies how the tests should be conducted and the required training and skills to perform the tests.
