La fatigue, comme unique symptôme d'une malformation d'Arnold-Chiari

We report about a young woman suffering from chronic fatigue. The polysomnography reveals central sleep apnea syndrome. Magnetic resonance imaging of the brain and the cervical spine shows a Chiari type I malformation associated with syringomyela. Suboccipital decompression resulted in a complete resolution of fatigue and apnea.
