After primary screening, workers with sleep/wake disorders may be opportunely oriented to more complete examination (actimetry, polygraphy, ambulatory polysomnography, Multiple Sleep Latency Test). Some of them would also be followed to assess the efficacy of treatments on vigilance (Multiple Wakefulness Test).
