Prise en compte des rythmes biologiques dans le traitement de la douleur

After some general notions on biological rhythms and chronobiology, their applications to experimental and clinical models of pain are presented. Then, chronopharmacological and chronotherapeutic aspects of pain relief are detailed by presenting analgesic drugs according to the OMS classification. Finally, perspectives and new therapeutic devices are evoked in order to present potential chronotherapeutic tools for treatment of pain.
