Quelle(s) psychothérapie(s) pour les sujets psychotraumatisés ? De la théorie à la pratique

RésuméEn nous basant sur les facteurs communs du traitement psychothérapique des troubles post-traumatiques évoqués dans le premier article de ce dossier, nous nous proposons de développer les principes de la prise en charge psychothérapique des sujets psychotraumatisés. Notre exposé ne fera donc ici nullement référence aux Écoles théoriques (comportementales, cognitives, psychanalytiques et autres…) mais s’intéressera aux déterminants thérapeutiques destinés à apaiser les troubles psychiques post-traumatiques lors des phases immédiates (defusing), post-immédiates (débriefing), et différées.

Basing ourselves on the common factors of psychotherapeutic treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder mentioned in the first article of this folder, we intend to develop the principles of the treatment. Our paper will therefore have no reference to theoretical schools (behavioral, cognitive, psychoanalytic and others…) but will look at therapeutic determinants to appease the psychic post-traumatic disorders with defusing, debriefing and psychotherapy.
