Terapêuticas Estéticas Integradas no Âmbito da Dentistaria Operatória

The authors describe the technique of tooth restoration with resource to a lingual addition silicone matrix, confectioned in a study cast model. The stratification technique and a microhybrid composite were chosen for all the cases. They are related still, some therapeutical ones of bleaching carried through in clinical cases without indication for restoration with composite, and others, where these must be previously carried through the restoration. Thus, we can opt to external bleaching in dental office activated for light emitted for a device of technology LED, or still, in some cases, internal/external bleaching. In any of the therapeutics ones it can be necessary to carry through previous aesthetic restorations. In the presented clinical cases one used 25% hydrogen peroxide for bleaching activated with light of a device of technology LED (Discus Dental Zoom Chairside System®) and 10%peroxide of carbamide in an individual mouth guard for external home bleaching. The internal/external bleaching was carried through equally in clinic and with mouth guard with 10% peroxide of carbamide. The authors conclude that: 1 - the stratification restoring technique with resource of lingual matrix presents resulted aesthetic satisfactory; 2 - any of the bleaching techniques allows, when indicated, to improve the final aesthetic results.
