Les intrusions au sein du Moi : psychopathologie de l'exil intérieur dans la maladie d'Alzheimer

In Alzheimer's disease, the appearance of hallucinations and/or delusions on the subject of intrusion is common. In an axis of psychoanalytic research, although these troubles reveal impairments of the identity and structure of the ego, responsible for the sense of internal exile in the patient, the defensive aim, first protective of these symptoms, should be recalled. Thus, through clinical and literary examples, this manuscript seeks to consider the use of visual thinking and mental images in Alzheimer's disease as an attempt to self-healing, through which the patient will mobilize his restorative impulses to recover an object-carrier in his environment, aimed at restoring a sense of internal security.
