L'échelle d'évaluation des personnes âgées difficiles (EPAD V2)

We propose a tool in order to assess the severity of three types of behaviors, which are able to lead to an emotional burn-out of the difficult elderly's careers: violence, opposition and relentless need of career's company. The rating scale consists of nine items. Assessment's duration is short and enables meetings of the staff. Validation studies are in progress.
