Hyperpolarized 3He Magnetic Resonance Imaging of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Hyperpolarized 3He MRI was well-tolerated in subjects with stage II and stage III COPD. Seven-day repeated scanning was highly reproducible for ADC and moderately reproducible for VDV.
