Boron sources and transport mechanisms in river waters collected from southwestern Taiwan: Isotopic evidence

► Four major B sources were identified in Kao-ping and Erren river waters. ► Unique B and δ11B in anthropogenic sources was identified in the Erren results. ► Silicate weathering contributes major B in the river waters. ► The importance of water/rock interaction enhanced after major climatic events.
