Experimental and theoretical studies of interaction of aliphatic chain α-aminobisphosphonates with DNA

Binding interaction of α-aminobisphosphonate A1-A4 with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) has been investigated by instrumental and theoretical methods. The binding mode was determined to be grove binding.
