Evaluation of a QuEChERS-like extraction approach for the determination of PBDEs in mussels by immuno-assay-based screening methods

PBDE analysis in mussel samples by two different immunoassays. A homogenized mussel sample was extracted with a QuEChERS-like procedure and purified with a tandem SPE step. The final extract was tested both with an electrochemical and a colorimetric immunoassay.
