Derivatization of isothiocyanates and their reactive adducts for chromatographic analysis

Isothiocyanates and dithiocarbamates were both converted to thioureas at mild conditions. Liquid chromatography allowed combined determination of isothiocyanates and activated derivatives from a volatile and a non-volatile, glycosylated isothiocyanate.
