Stress-dependent regulation of 13-lipoxygenases and 13-hydroperoxide lyase in olive fruit mesocarp

Temperature, light, wounding and water regime regulate 13-lipoxygenases and 13-hydroperoxide lyase genes at transcriptional level in olive fruit, with increased enzyme activities in the case of low temperature and wounding.
