Proteomic analysis of cucumber seedling roots subjected to salt stress

The biochemical responses of cucumber seedlings exposed to salt stress were investigated using a proteomics approach. The proteins identified may play an important role in regulating complex adaptation activities during salt stress to facilitate ion homeostasis.
