Sequence determination by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry of an insecticidal lentil peptide of the PA1b type

- Insecticidal lentil peptide (ILP) was purified and the amino acid sequence determined.
- ILP was similar to pea PA1b peptide and to soybean leginsulin.
