Solubilities of quercetin in three β‐cyclodextrin derivative solutions at different temperatures

► The solubilities of quercetin in cyclodextrins' (CDs) solutions were measured. ► The solubilities of quercetin increased with the increasing molality of CDs. ► The solubilities of quercetin increased with the ascent of the temperature. ► The solubilities of quercetin increased in the order of SBE-βCD > HP-βCD > M-βCD.
