Studies on molecular interaction parameters of hydroxamic acids at different temperatures in DMA

► We report densities, ρ and refractive indices, n for three hydroxamic acids with DMA. ► We have calculated Vϕ, Vϕ0, SV⁎,ϕE0, V, RM, RS, α, α⁎and (∂2Vϕ0/∂T2)p from the experimental value of ρ and n. ► Excess properties such as VE, RME, nE are also computed. ► The intermolecular interactions are analyzed on the basis of derived properties.
