Electrocatalytic oxidation of tyrosine at poly(threonine)-film modified carbon paste electrode and its voltammetric determination in real samples

► Poly (threonine)-film MCPE used for the determination of tyrosine. ► Electrode shows good sensitivity, detection limit and electrocatalytic activity. ► The method was used in pharmaceutical preparations without any pre-treatment.
