Interactions between human multidrug resistance related protein (MRP2; ABCC2) and excipients commonly used in self-emulsifying drug delivery systems (SEDDS)

Twelve excipients showed efflux deduction effect in Caco-2 permeation assay (A), and among them, the mechanism of six excipients were deduced to have the inhibition activity of MRP2 in MRP2 membrane transport assay (B).
