Centrally acting oximes in reactivation of tabun-phosphoramidated AChE

► Library of 30 uncharged oximes was tested as reactivators tabun-inhibited ChE. ► Imidazole-containing oximes preferred tabun-hAChE conjugate. ► Hydroxyimino acetamido amine derivatives preferred tabun-hBChE conjugate. ► Three-times faster mutant Y337A reactivation with nontriazole oximes than with 2PAM.
