Effect of different doses of zoledronic acid in establishing of bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis

We designed a bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw model that reproduces radiographic and histological parameters and mimics clinical alterations such as leucocytosis, anaemia and idiosyncratic inflammatory post infusion reactions.
