FunGene-DB: A web-based tool for Polyporales strains authentication

► We screened ITS sequences of Polyporales retrieved from GenBank. ► We made a nomenclatural update of the selected sequences. ► We proposed an updated set of high quality reference sequences. ► We developed a web-based application named FunGene-DB.
