Optical simulation of external quantum efficiency spectra of CuIn1−xGaxSe2 solar cells from spectroscopic ellipsometry inputs

Results of spectroscopic ellipsometry analysis for a Cu(In1-xGax)Se2 solar cell applied together with a dielectric function database developed here enable prediction of the cell's external quantum efficiency, yielding a spectrum in excellent agreement with measurement.218
