Purification and characterization of two thermostable laccases from Pycnoporus sanguineus and potential role in degradation of endocrine disrupting chemicals

- The half-life of Lac I was 277.7 h at 50 °C (pH 7).
- The specificity constant Kcat/Km for Lac I was 74,816.4 mM−1 s−1 with ABTS.
- A 6 h laccases treatment degraded 92% of initial triclosan content.
