Properties of β-carotene and retinoic acid in mixed monolayers with dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC) and Solutol

- Monolayers of β-carotene and retinoic acid and their mixtures with DPPC were studied.
- The results of the interfacial behavior of studied systems are complemented by AFM.
- The miscibility and interfacial properties of the mixed monolayers depend on their composition.
