Redispersible lipid nanoparticles of Spironolactone obtained by three drying methods

► We formulated lipid nanoparticles of Spironolactone. ► Nanoparticles were dried by Spray Drying, Freeze Drying and Fluid Bed Drying. ► Method of drying influenced stability and dissolution behavior of nanoparticles. ► Fluid Bed Drying could be an alternative for drying lipid nanoparticles.
