Preparation of a pH-sensitive polyacrylate amphiphilic copolymer and its application in cellulase immobilization

► Synthesize a reversible water-soluble and pH-sensitive copolymer PMDB. ► Immobilization of cellulase on PMDB and the activity yield was 63.24%. ► Stability of cellulase is enhanced in pH and temperature tolerance by immobilization. ► Activity recovery of immobilized cellulase is 83.1% after being recycled five times.
