چکیده انگلیسی
The French population is increasingly turning to complementary care approaches in the promotion and restoration of its health. To better respond to this demand, a growing number of health professionals (physicians, nurses, physiotherapistsâ¦) are now training to use mind-body interventions. In addition to conventional therapies, these complementary therapies are advocated in various national health plans, particularly in the context of interdisciplinary pain management. Indeed, the biopsychosocial and spiritual intakes of health problems associated with painful symptoms frequently require these therapeutic combinations, both medicinal and non-medicinal, with the objective of restoring the autonomy of the painful patient. Trained in these types of approaches, the certified clinical nurse uses an international taxonomy that helps clinical reasoning, to choose which non-drug intervention to set up, the modalities of implementation of these methods and the assessment of results. The clinical situation addressed reflects this practice in relationship with the pluriprofessional team. The description of the key elements of the nursing consultation dedicated to the implementation of these complementary approaches highlights the key role of the patient, actor in his care process.
