چکیده انگلیسی
One of the ethical tensions faced by members of a palliative care mobile team is bound to respect the principle of non-substitution. This principle seeks the cooperation of the palliative care mobile team with caregivers of a service by avoiding the substitution to them, that is to say their exclusion. Companionship allows us a more nuanced version of this principle by considering that the substitution can be only partial. But it is by focusing on the notion of interdisciplinarity, and by distinguishing the multidisciplinarity approach, we consider substitution and non-substitution together, exclusion and inclusion, within the organization of a palliative care mobile team. There are risks inherent in interdisciplinarity: its decline in multidisciplinary and its subversion in confusion of roles. However, these risks must be assumed and recognized like the inherent impossible of care professions.
