Utilisation du paracétamol par voie sous-cutanée dans les unités de soins palliatifs en France

This study shows frequent use of subcutaneous acetaminophen in the palliative care units in France. Barriers to the use of subcutaneous acetaminophen are the fear of side effects, and the absence of recommendation. Further studies are needed to document the efficacy and safety of subcutaneous acetaminophen.
