Place du concept d'émotion exprimée dans les conduites addictives

“Expressed emotion”, although little studied in addictive behaviors, frequently appears high in families within which a patient suffers from addiction to psychoactive substances. It is therefore appropriate to make this concept better known especially among therapists in charge of consumer adolescents and their families. The challenge is to promote research in this field, and to develop and integrate psychotherapeutic techniques to support better knowledge of the contributing factors of “Expressed emotion”.
