Determination of RNA degradation by capillary electrophoresis with cyan light-emitted diode-induced fluorescence

► The RNA integrity could be monitored by capillary electrophoresis with cyan light-emitted diode-induced fluorescence. ► The lowest detectable concentration for the 18S and 28S rRNAs was estimated to be 50 pg/μL. ► The temperature-induced RNA degradation occurred and could be monitored by CE-cLEDIF.
