Validation of an LC-MS/MS method for the quantification of choline-related compounds and phospholipids in foods and tissues
چکیده انگلیسی
► Quantification of 14 choline-related compounds or phospholipid classes is achieved. ► The validated method uses a single hydrophilic interaction (HILIC) LC-MS/MS run. ► Choline, betaine and phospholipid classes are extracted by a single phase solvent. ► Phospholipid quantification is consistent with 31P NMR data. ► Total choline measurements in foods consistent with USDA choline database.
