Simultaneous determination of 16 phenolic constituents in Spatholobi Caulis by high performance liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization triple quadrupole mass spectrometry

- A HPLC-MS/MS was established for determination of 16 phenolic compounds in Spatholobi Caulis.
- PCA was performed to compare and discriminate the samples.
- The results would be helpful in evaluation of the quality of Spatholobi Caulis.
