Detection of chemical residues in tangerine juices by a duplex immunoassay

A rapid duplex ELISA for the simultaneous determination of chlorpyrifos and fenthion insecticides in tangerine juices is described. The analytical prototype show a reduction of 55% of assay time required in traditional ELISA immunoassays, without any sample treatment other than dilution.
