Sensitive chemiluminescent immunoassay of triclopyr by digital image analysis

► A chemiluminescent ELISA for detecting triclopyr was developed. ► A low price camera (CCD) with homemade software allows excellent sensitivity. ► Light contamination between neighboring wells was attenuated by software implementation of a circular mesh covering the perimeter of each well.
