Microdiffusion-based UV-LED spectrometric setup for determining low levels of ethanol in fruit juice

► We describe the microdiffusion-based UV-LED spectrometric setup. ► It is useful for determining low levels of ethanol in a complex matrix. ► The results for fruit juices were obtained in 15 min at 35 °C. ► The results are comparable to the SIST:ISO 2448:1998 method. ► The setup can be adapted for determining other volatiles in complicated samples.
